Can jackets be customised just like sports jerseys?

AdminYes! Any jacket can be customised just like the IPL styled jersey with fancy pattern based prints.
The process of manufacturing any jacket or tshirt jersey starts with cutting the fabric roll into pieces as per size pattern.
The design, that needs to be printed on jacket, gets printed on transfer papers using a sublimation machine.
Next stage is the fusing of this designs with fabric.
A large sized heat press is used to fuse the printed design over cut pieces of fabric. Temperature of this machine goes as high as 250 degree.
Once the pieces of jacket (or jersey) is fused, next stage comes the stitching part.
Our karigars (or tailors) process the final piece by neatly stitching each piece as per size and design given to them.
The final jacket is then sent to finishing table where our helper checks for anomalies or issues along with threading work. This stage also covers the QC check.
Once done, the printed jacket goes for pressing and packaging.
